BY CAR FROM INTERSTATE 10
From the West, take exit 236B (N. Claiborne) and stay straight on N. Claiborne for approximately 2 miles. Make a right on Poland Ave and a left on St. Claude Ave. You will cross over the Industrial Canal (bridge) and pass Jackson Barracks. From the East, take exit 246A (I-510/Chalmette) and stay straight over the bridge and onto Paris Road.
BY CAR FROM THE FRENCH QUARTER/DOWNTOWN NEW ORLEANS
Take Rampart Street (which turns into St. Claude Avenue and, eventually, St. Bernard Hwy) directly from downtown New Orleans to St. Bernard Parish, located 5 miles East of downtown. You will cross over the Industrial Canal (bridge) and pass Jackson Barracks.
BY BUS FROM THE FRENCH QUARTER
Pick up RTA bus #88 (St. Claude/Jackson Barracks) at either the corner of S. Rampart Street and Canal Street, or the corner of N. Rampart Street and Esplanade Avenue. Get off at the last stop at the corner of St. Claude Avenue and Aycock Street in Arabi. Pick up the SBURT bus at the corner of St. Claude Avenue and Mehle Street (1 block).
